What motivated you to join Bottoms Up!?
I got married in December 2010 and wanted to lose a few kilos and tone up. And it was also high time I got fit again.

If you hadn't you achieved what you wanted in the past with other programs, why do you think that was?
My own lack of motivation plus scary personal trainers who are way too full on.

What's different with Bottoms Up!?
In a nutshell Libby Babet. Libby is inspiring in so many ways. And she encourages and pushes you to achieve your own goals without shouting or screaming at you. Something many other trainers could take a leaf out of.

How long have you been training and what kind of results have you achieved?
In around 2 months I toned up considerably and felt comfortable on the beach for the first time in ages - which is a massive achievement. A friend actually saw me and commented that she had never seen my waist look so tiny or my face look so glowing. You can't get a better compliment than that!

What would you say to someone considering joining Bottoms Up!?
You'd be mad not to. Sure, there are other groups - even other female only boot camps. But none are run by Libby. Not only will you get fit, you'll also have fun - and in my case make a couple of good friends.
