I had tried a number of different ways to lose weight and also keep fit and active, whether it was classes in the gym or running and I gave up pretty soon after I started each of those!  When I heard about Bottoms Up! and that it was based outside, all girls (so no super competitive blokes!) I thought I'd give it a go!  

Hand on heart, this is the best exercise class EVER! I've become so much fitter, lost weight, toned up and met some great people.  Libby and Ali take a personal interest in each and every client, even going into detail on how they could eat better and therefore lose weight and it's worked - I lost 3kg in one week by following their advice!
