What motivated you to join Bottoms Up!?

If you hadn't you achieved what you wanted in the past with other programs, why do you think that was?
I have never really done a program before. Previously I used to jog and attended the occasional cardio class thinking that I was getting enough exercise. As it turns out I could have been getting much better results much quicker!
What's different with Bottoms Up!?
Since joining Libby I have benefited from not only the training but her extensive knowledge on diet and general wellbeing. She has guided me to shift weight that I haven't been able to shift for years!
How long have you been training and what kind of results have you achieved?
I have been training with Libby for almost 1 year. I am not sure how much I have lost in weight but I am definitely more toned and have lost weight around my waist. I also have more energy which is great for chasing a toddler.
What would you say to someone considering joining Bottoms Up!?
Come down and give it a go....you will soon be addicted! There is no better way to start the day than running around on the beach in the morning. And Libby, Ali and Jay have a fabulous way of motivating you to push harder without yelling at you!
