What's different with Bottoms Up!?
It's purely women focused, which is great because you don't have to keep up with men, or worry about doing men's exercises. Libby focuses on women's bodies with her exercises and nutritional advice.
How long have you been training and what kind of results have you achieved?
I've been with Bottoms Up for 4 months. After 3 months I've lost 5.5cm from around my waist which was a huge but pleasant surprise! I have cancelled my gym membership since joining Bottoms Up! as I never felt motivated to go, but with Bottoms Up! is encouraging to be with other women going through the experience. I've made Bottoms Up! my regular exercise regime.
What would you say to someone considering joining Bottoms Up!?
Go for it! It's a fantastic social fitness program for women!
