My name is Libby Babet, I'm the Founder of Bottoms Up! Fitness (otherwise known as BUF!) and resident Fitness Expert for Women's Fitness Magazine. BUF is a girls only fitness business that provides group outdoor fitness and personal training in beautiful locations around Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

I'd always think to myself how on earth you could 'love' any kind of exercise but I now totally get it...

Do you love your workouts?

From day one we designed all our sessions to be fun and social, delivered by caring, well educated, passionate personal trainers who know how to challenge you without taking themselves too seriously! Why? We want you to LOVE your exercise because then you'll be consistent... and if you're consistent you can't help but get results! We know you'll love it too because 96% of our customers tell us they are much more motivated to go to our sessions than any other training they've done in the past.

The first people to ever make me want to keep coming back to a fitness class...

Are you doing the right kind of training?

For women, it's so important to do the right kind of training. Slogging it out on the treadmill an hour every day will give you some results, but it won't give you great results. Performing heavy deadlifts will build muscle, but it won't build the lean muscle most girls are after. You need variety to keep your body guessing and progressing. You also need a strong focus on interval training which is proven to achieve better and faster results. Check out our success stories to see the types of results we've achieved for all kinds of girls with all kinds of body shapes, sizes and fitness levels.

Amazing exercise program and key nutritional advice gave me amazing results...

Are you eating the right food?

When you combine the right exercise with the right nutrition, studies show that you can achieve up to 4.5 times better results than with exercise alone! This is why a big part of training with us will involve working on your nutrition. For example, do you eat cereal for breakfast? Read why that can be a big mistake.

You've given me an education for life not just a workout programme. Thank you guys!!!!! xxx

How much does it cost?

Group training costs a little more than working out by yourself at the gym, and a lot less than seeing a personal trainer. It's a nice middle ground if you don't want to have to think about your workout and find that you need someone to push you to make the most of your training time. We also help you with your nutrition which is where most of your improvements will come from.

Our most popular Membership option is our Platinum membership which is $59 per week for unlimited access to all sessions and locations (including yoga). Most of our girls train 5 times per week so this works out around $11.80 per class. We also have x1, x2 and x3 per week memberships plus casual options, here's the full list.

To get started though, just go for our Introductory Offer of just $10 for one week of Unlimited classes.

BUF is the best training group you could imagine with fun and positive trainers helping you the entire way!
