Take time out to stretch, soothe and strengthen

At Bottoms Up! Yoga we provide a space for you to tune out of the stress and back into your body and your self. Whenever we're stressed, we store tension in our bodies. The meditative flow of yoga helps to release this stored, stagnant energy and cultivates our awareness of body and breath, all while toning our bodies and making them more supple.

We teach Vinyasa flow classes, moving in time to the breath. This energizing style will help you to develop whole body strength and flexibility as well as increasing your mental focus and clarity. It's also a great remedial class to mix up your training. 

Casual classes are available for yoga so feel free to drop on by! If you register online, your first class is free.

At our mixed Saturday classes, boys are welcome so feel free to bring your partner or a friend! Partners and friends receive a discounted casual rate of $20.
